Take a Break

Breaks can be short, long, local, or far away. The choice is yours.

When you find yourself stressed out by a project, get up, walk away, and do something completely different. If you are still working from home, that may be as simple as doing the dishes.

Taking a break from mentally challenging tasks can help your brain to re-charge.

Schedule a more extended break regularly. Travel not only opens up our world, but it also helps to give our mental health a boost.
